Phone problems.....company did return phone call.
I thought I placed an order with Primotronix. I never received an e-mail confirmation. i attempted to call to verify that the order had been placed. All three of my phone calls were placed on hold until the phone call was automatically disconnected...(20 minutes each time). Just received a phone call from the company. They are going to express ship the order at no additional cost. I really need this for a Christmas present. They explained that they are having problems with their phone carrier dropping calls, etc. Since the item I ordered is $150 cheaper here, I am willing to give them a second chance at fulfilling my order. I am keeping my finger crossed.
