This place had the best price on the camera I was looking for and very reliable quick service. Only wish I did get the free shipping but because I ordered it late and close to Christmas has to pay the additional shipping. But they did offer free shipping as well if I didn't need it at a certain time.

Kodak moment? More like CANON moment! I bought the Canon EF - S telephoto zoom lens IS 55mm-250mm F/4.0-5.6 for my pops for Christmas, and he loves it! It is a great product! Thank you primotronix! The only con about my purchase was that it took quite a while to ship. I was almost ready to cancel my order because I assumed it would never come. But! The wait is worth it!

One of the lowest price on camera, I found this website by using pricegrabber. I would defininetly buy again. Only complaint is, customer service was very hard to reach and took almost two weeks to process our order, it's understandable for this time of year (Christmas shopping). If those two issues are fix, this site will be in business for a very long time.

I ordered a camera on cyber Monday. They did not respond to my order for a week, and would not return emails. The wait on the phone was endless. When I finally did get through, the guy apologized, confirmed my order, and I received it in a few days, exactly as ordered. Overall, can't really complain... price was lower than anyone else.

Made a purchase of a Nikon 5100(Body Only) about a week ago through Primotronix for the price of $419 + 20 for 3 day shipping. I received no email confirmation or invoice of the purchase, but did get a confirmation phone call(from an unknown number) a couple days later, at which time my card was billed after that, and the product arrived on the day the service rep had told me. Before getting that phone call I starting having my doubts, after reading several reviews that the site was a scam, and folks weren't getting their orders on time. But my order came in on time(UPS), no bait and switch, everything was present in the box, warranty included. Now all isn't well with the service I received. When I tried calling for some sort of tracking number, I was on hold for 20-40+ minutes, with no response. And I emailed to get an invoice of the purchase for my records, and received no reply there either. So everything seemed a bit shady at the time. All in all, my honest review of this company, customer service is lacking, but I received my order in a timely manner, new in box, at a great price. Results may vary!
