Thank you for providing me with a great new Canon Rebel T3 at the best price on the internet. Shipping was a little slow, but it was during the short break between Christmas & New Years, so I'll grant them a little leeway. The camera itself is perfect and came exactly as advertised. When I spoke to these guys on the phone to confirm my order, they were courteous and professional. Thanks, Primotronix!

We wanted just the camera body and Primotronix offered the best price. The battery that comes with the camera works just fine so don't feel pressured to purchase the "extended life" batteries they try to sell for $70-100. The camera was shipped in a timely manner - would purchase from this company again!

I was hesitant about buying a camera from primotronix because they are not very well known. However, I ended up doing it because of their prices, and the whole process was very smooth. I did have to send the camera for repair a month after I bought, but I believe that was a mere coincidence, and technical problems happen with any product.

The deal was incredible and much less than anywhere else. However, they did not fill my order until I called them myself and asked about the status. Then they tried to sell me a bunch of stuff that I didn't need. I am okay with them trying to sell me additional stuff, but the fact that I had to initiate the call first was very strange. It's not clear to me if they would have eventually called me, but I called them several days after first placing the order.

Even though there was a temporary qlick in the processing of my order they owned up to the mistake and I was more than happy with the service I received after the qlick was taken care of. What I ordered came when they said it would and I am pleased with the product I bought.

They were backed up due to Hurricane Sandy but upon calling customer service, Charles, was very helpful and is getting my Canon lens shipped out to me right away. It was much appreciated to get great customer service like this!

I got a great price from Primotronix, and they have really good customer service. There was an issue with my order and they fixed it quickly and gave me free expedited shipping (in exchange for a Facebook review...)

Overall, satisfied with the service I received from Primotronix. I bought a lens at a great price, and I look forward to trying it out soon! The only thing was that I wasn't expecting to have to call to confirm my order, so that delayed the delivery of my lens. Not a big deal though. If I ever plan to purchase another lens I will definitely choose Primotronix.
