Primmitive is a sham company. Look at the name! Most sham/scam companies have beautiful pictures with cheap prices and AI generated “good” reviews. Of course it takes several weeks to get inferior quality products. Customer service is a joke. Chinese company is not concerned with good service just making money. Be mindful.

I ordered two tee shirts in a size medium, which is the size I wear. One shirt fit perfectly, but the other shirt was much bigger. You could clearly see a difference in measurements. I asked to exchange it for a smaller size so it would fit properly and they refused because I ordered mediums. Well, I wouldn't have if I had known one of the tee shirts ran large. I gave them two stars, instead of one because one of the shirts fit correctly.

SCAM ALERT!!! May have cheap price, but you are taxed & shipping is hefty. Their US size chart is way off! I’m a size 12, to them that equals a size 40! Yeh, if I weighed 100 pounds more! To send the items (4) back that’d be another $12… No thanks! I’m sure I’d have to pay another $12 to have the right size re sent. But who knows if THEY’D be the right size!Bttom line, they’re not a reputable company!

TOTAL CRAP. The photos online are fabulous, but when your order comes in the mail (a month later) the items look NOTHING like the photos you saw. From reading other people's reviews, I'm not even going to try and return my items, because that's a losing battle. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I ordered products at a good price. Then they slapped on a sales tax that was 50% of the product price! I complained about it, and both times they said it was a system error and would refund the sales tax. It is my impression that they are doing this to all customers and making a killing off of it.

Ordered 3. T-shirts at $23/ea & got delivery date a week away. After 2 weeks emailed & was directed to a tracking site. Obviously coming from China. No date given. Then they couldn’t find order#. Out of blue over 3 weeks later arrived. Cheap @ cheesy fabric. Message on front glossy thin vinyl letters ironed on. Total top off.

After waiting an exceedingly long time, I received the wrong merchandise. When I contacted customer support, they ask for images of the package label and shipping label. I sent the requested images of the QR label on the packages and a picture of the shipping label on the package. They have written back saying they need a picture of the label underneath the shipping label. Definitely leading me on!!! Total scam company and the quality of the shirts I received is beyond poor. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! TOTAL SCAM.

I ordered a yoga tee. When it finally arrived, low quality fabric, too small. A bummer all around. It looks great in the Facebook ad, but beware.
