I would give zero stars. I don't know if they are a scam, but I ordered their water filter straws on April 22, changed my mind a few minutes later and asked to cancel the order and get a refund. Since then I have gotten neither the refund nor the items. I have gotten many support replies that they are 'waiting for the carrier'.

I received no order number, no confirmation email yet. It’s been over a week. They have my money already. I’m preparing to dispute it. I was told it’s coming from Tunisia. If no one in the reviews has actually tested it with dirty water, how can we trust that it works?

ordered, took a long time to ship. Then I got a notice April 24 that they were delivered. I work from home, so I went right out to get the package. There was no package. checked my camera. No delivery at 4:58pm. was sufficient, Sent an email saying no package. Waited 48 hrs. No response. Sent another email. Waited. Still no response. Have sent multiple emails. No response to any of my emails, but they still try to solicit my business and have asked repeatedly for reviews. I think waiting as long as I have so I’ve been leaving my honest reviews of this company. Doesn’t matter how good your product is if you never deliver it. Customer service sucks. I’m going to reach out to my credit card company.

The order took a long time to receive. And I haven’t tried it yet. So nothing bad to say really

My products were shipped immediately and arrived within a few days. The packaging was in excellent and all products were in perfect condition.
