I just need to prep for disaster.

I ordered 5 straws on April 26 (Order #34349) and paid by credit card. My order has been stuck “In Transit” for weeks!!! When will this move out for Delivery??? Claudia Bush; Gladstone, MO 64119 (post office for Gladstone is in Kansas City, MO so either Gladstone or Kansas City, MO are correct.

I would give a zero if that option was available! I ordered on May 6 and I still have not recieved anything. I recieved an email saying my order shipped with a tracking number but it took a long time for that tracking number to show up with the postal service. Now my order just seems to be traveling around in the same sorting center for days and still not on the way !

I like the company and emails I get to let know what other supplies are needed. The only thing was it took so long to be delivered.

So happy to have ordered. Received quickly! Next, the bug out bag with everything needed!

The Primitive Labs Research has the best customer service! They support you and answer every text you send them. I highly recommend them! Their products are something you should really consider. It may just save your life in the future!! Thanks guys, you are the best!!

They help filter the air in all the rooms they are in and with my asthma I have not had to use my inhaler as much. And with the inhaler costing $100 I’ve saved money too.

Their product arrived very soon. We're going out this weekend to try them out. I'm sure they will be very useful!!
