I could either upgrade the quality or exchange it for a totally different bracelet. I liked the look of the bracelet, just not the stones. I bought a bracelet from primestyle and since I got it I was having trouble closing the clasp. At first I thought it was because it was new, but after two weeks it was giving the same problem. I contacted primestyle to ask if this was normal or if I was doing something wrong. The specialist told me to send the item back so that they can inspect it and upon receipt they called me. Something was wrong with the clasp and they took care of it for no additional charge. Gotta love a company that will stand by their products.
