I recently purchased the most beautiful Eternity band from Primestyle.com (Item #55814). The quality and customer service was impeccable. To start, all I knew is that I wanted to buy a special anniversary gift for my wife and I couldn’t decide between a set of beautiful earrings, a gorgeous bracelet, or a nice diamond ring. Lisa, I think that was her name J was so kind in aiding me with this decision. She really cared. She started asking me questions of what type of jewelry my wife wears and how often she wears them. We went back a forward for a few minutes and decided an eternity band would be the best way to show my love and appreciation. We placed the order over the phone, it only took 5 minutes! Lisa walked me through the account creation letting me know all means of communication is taken care of through the account at Primestyle.com and with an account I can check all details of my order. I am so happy she told me this because a few days later I logged on and saw that I had chosen the wrong ring size! I quickly called up Primestyle.com and got the manager David. He was so hopeful and assured me that the incorrect ring size I chose would not cause a delay in getting the item to me. I paid the cheap fee of $19.99 to have my ring resized as they had already made the casting of my ring and I only realized too late, understandable. 2 days later I received my Eternity band! And man, was it stunning! I took my wife out and offered her this gift over a candle lit dinner. Her surprise and reaction was priceless, and the fact that I paid nothing for 4CT compared to the retail stores made me happy and that alone is priceless! I look forward to purchasing all my future fine jewelry from Primestyle.com and I recommend this site to anyone who wants top quality jewelry and the best prices! Brian

I ordered a semi mount with upgraded diamonds. I did my homework for several months and wanted a semi mount with equal color and clarity to my diamond that I would set in the mounting. I spoke at length to Mike about my unhappy experiences with 3 other websites who falsely represented the quality of their diamonds and that I didn't want to be disappointed once again. I wanted bright, white diamonds, so I ordered the upgrade to match my GIA diamond that is a G, VS2. I also ordered a head to mount it in at a fee of $90 and asked if I could return the ring if I made a change like that. " No problem.." I double checked and clarified, "even if I change the head, I'd get a full refund." No problem, etc. When the ring arrived, I opened the box, saw these six very pale YELLOW diamonds in the white gold mounting. AWFUL! My diamond looked pure white next to them. I called and said I was returning the ring and within 1 hour, it was packed and shipped from the post office. After they received it, David came on to tell me that it would take 7-10 BUSINESS days to get my paypal refund, that the $90 for the head was not refundable as it was CUSTOMIZED and didn't I read the fine print on their website about not refunding for changes. When I explained that Mike had not said anything about that when I asked about returning, he said, "he's right here next to me and I'll ask him....No , he never told you you;d get a full refund, so you're mistaken." He also told me that my own diamond was not G rating as it would have matched their pale yellow diamonds. "These are G diamonds and you are mistaken."They have the ring and are stalling the refund, first for an INSPECTION as if I could do anything with it in the one hour I had it, not even on my finger! I have paypal intervening on my behalf to get my money back. STAY AWAY unless you don't care what the quality of your diamonds looks like. I'm old enough and have bought several diamond items over the last 40 or so years and none is pale yellow. If you are setting in yellow gold, they might not have looked so obvious, but even to my eye, they could not have been the 1.50 ct weight in the 6 diamonds on that ring as I have a 1 ct. diamond band with 5 diamonds that looked so much bigger next to these. No way is that accurate diamond weight on their website. If you want to take a chance, and I did, read the good reviews. take heed and don't order from these people.Any really negative review like this one and others on epinion.com and other review websites will help you.

WOW! WOW! WOW! I ordered my ring 2 days before Christmas and received the most beautiful earrings I can imagine. Thank you Prime Style! As this was my first time shopping online I was pleasantly surprised by the great customer support as well as all the emails I received informing me what was going on with my purchase. It was a pleasure doing business and I look forward to purchasing a bracelet to match the perfect earrings I got! Did I mention how beautiful the earrings were? SO BEAUTIFUL!

I received a beautiful three stone ring as a birthday gift and decided to treat myself to an eternity band. The eternity band was just as beautiful as the three stone ring and I received it in just 4 days. Great products, I will be shopping again.

I was in New York on vacation and came across this site. I decided that since I was here it would be a great time to shop for my wife's anniversary gift. I saw this beautiful journey pendant but was wondering if I could do something a little special to it. The diamond specialist and I chose to variate the diamonds and her favorite gem stone, pink sapphire to make it extra special for her. When it arrived to our hotel room right before we left to go home, it took her breath away. Thank you Primestyle, I just have to think of how we will top this next year.
