I received my ring in the time that was stated...my now fiancee loved the ring and we are getting married on July 9th, 2016. Now to get the matching band!

Primestyle delivers
We were very happy with the quality of our purchase. We needed to research a little more to find out what to expect... Anyway, needed to upgrade and are in the process of sending back for this. The site has been extremely helpful and feel safe dealing with these people. Something which is important when you are purchasing online. Looking forward to getting our updated ring!

a little issue but it was all works out
Had an issue with a ring I purchased, a stone fell out within 3 days, I was able to mail it back and have it replaced. I did have to pay about 40 dollars by the time I paid shipping to and from primestyle, I am just happy to have it back and that they stood behind their product, thank you primestyle, my family and i will continue to purchase from your company for a long time.

Outstanding company!
I was very pleased to have a beautiful engagement ring custom made for a great price. They worked quickly to make sure all my expectations were met and my shipment arrived ahead of time. My fiancè did need to downsize the ring by 1/2 and the process was decently quick considering the fact that I have to ship it from Texas and they ship it back from the Northeast. Overall I'm very pleased with the accommodating customer service and the value for the price.
