Prime Revival is top tier in terms of online coaching. This is my second time working with Prime Revival, i was a previous client of Kelly’s and then came back for more 1:1 coaching with Alena. Both times I have had great results. I love this program because it really is tailored to each client and is individualized based on your current goals. They give you all the tools you need to be successful including custom macros, workouts, step goals and check ins to discuss progress and protocols. I definitely recommend this program to anyone looking for high quality coaching!!

About 9 weeks ago, I decided to take a chance on myself and work towards a goal that I personally felt was unattainable. When I was introduced to Coach Jamie, I was incredibly self conscious and scared. After the first month, I could tell that everything Coach Jamie had supplied me with was truly making a difference. Not only is Coach Jamie supportive, but she demonstrates patience and is very understanding. I have lost 9 pounds in the last few weeks that I have been working with her and I have never felt more confident and beautiful in my own skin. What the women of Prime Revival do, is truly life changing. It allows us women to feel confident and strong. I truly would not have done this any other way!

I am always so hesitant about online coaching and just being another number but I have been following Kelly and Prime revival for years and was so curious about reverse dieting. Coach Drew keeps me accountable and is teaching me along the way. I never feel alone in this journey. I INCREASED my calories and my body composition improved! With the structured workouts and teaching me how to properly track my macros with my goals I am looking and feeling better than I have following a “diet” in the past. I am a single mom and the cost can be intimidating but Kelly and her team work with you on a financial plan which makes it so much easier to get started.

My experience with Coach Drew has been amazing! I have been with Drew for almost 8 months and have been able to build a routine that fits my life. The results in just 8 months are amazing and my body has never felt stronger than I am now. Drew not only has been supportive and encouraging but she also helps you understand your body and the changes that come. Drew is amazing and this program gives you the tools you need for all your goals!

The team that makes up Prime Revival are phenomenal! Things are fairly well organized and their app/support systems are easy to use. I have been working with Averie, but Kelly makes sure to check on me and all of the coaches share tips and tricks weekly. I truly feel apart of a team even though my body & goals are unique. This is my first time tracking macros and having a fitness coach and I am loving it! Not only have I lost 20 pounds, I have gained muscle & my body/mindset are being transformed. You have to put in the effort, but Prime Revival has done the work to put each if their clients on a path of success - whatever your goals are. This was my last ditch effort to have more control of my body and I am so excited I found Prime Revival & Averie. Though I have been active my whole life, I have learned so much about health and fitness through this experience. They are willing to share all of the tips and tricks with you to set you up for success both during the program you paid for & for the time to come when you decide to move on. They truly care about you as a person/individual and work above and beyond for each otlf their clients. I am grateful 🙏

Since the onboarding process, I’ve felt supported and set up for success. From guidelines and tools to support my progress and create habits and lifestyle changes. Mak is an excellent trainer. She has helped me stay on track, remain accountable with weekly check ins, and provides constructive guidance alongside motivation. I love how my training is personalized and guided with an emphasis on mindset, routines, & sustainable habits. Can’t recommend Prime Revival enough. Looking forward to continuing toward my goals with Mak!

I followed Prime Revival on insta for years then finally pulled the trigger on hiring after my first fitness coach had me rapidly gain 10 lbs in 3 months doing a reverse diet. I was convinced losing weight was going to be impossible for me. We started with maintenance and a small reverse diet, then went into a deficit in September. The scale was stubborn at first and I felt defeated. If I had been it doing it on my own I would have given up after a few weeks and assumed I wasn’t doing something right. Coach Kelly kept me on track (many many times!) and told me to trust the process. By December I was down 13 lbs! My progress pictures make me so happy to look at. And we aren’t even done! Aiming for another 7-10 lbs and I know we will get there soon! I’m so happy I made the decision to hire a coach. If I hadn’t, I’d still be unhappy and carrying that extra weight. Totally worth it!! Excited to see what the next few months bring.

I’ve been with Prime Revival for about 8 months now & I can’t say enough great things about them. I work with coach Alena and have had nothing but the best experience she has listened to my concerns from the very beginning (I have chronically dieted for years - lost 100 lbs) the first thing we did was reverse diet and sit at maintenance maybe slightly above for a hot min and now we are cutting again and it’s been SO smooth this time around. I’ve been able to work on my mindset around food & I don’t think I would be where I am with that if I hadn’t invested in prime revival I’m a coach myself but for I just do better when I have someone else looking at my progress and making calls without the emotion I would have towards it 🩷🩷🩷
