Never use this program. It was not what I was promised and I kindly asked for a refund. I lost $4,500!! Do not sign up for this .

Hi Danielle, we are disappointed to see this review, as it does not accurately reflect the services delivered or the extensive efforts made to support you throughout your time in the program. Prior to enrollment, the program structure, expectations, and policies were clearly explained on your consultation call and outlined again in the agreement signed before starting. At no point were you misled about what the program included. After joining, you completed onboarding, received access to our coaching platform, nutrition concierge, custom protocols, training guidance, and ongoing communication with your coach. In addition, multiple accommodations and adjustments were offered in an effort to tailor the experience more closely to your preferences and concerns. Despite these efforts, many of the proposed solutions and modifications were declined. We also remained responsive when you expressed dissatisfaction and attempted to work toward a resolution in good faith. However, as stated in the agreement signed prior to starting, refunds are not provided after the initial grace period due to the immediate delivery of customized digital services and coaching support. We stand behind the integrity of our program and the support provided to our clients, and we wish you the best moving forward.
