Prime Choice Auto Parts to me is like a rip-off you tell them exact part that you want and asked there representative three times is that the correct part and the answer were yes and then when they send you the part it the wrong part I asked for a 2006 Mercedes Benz R500 shock compressor and they send me out a strut shock and when I call to report it they tell me they don't even carry the air compressor and now I having problems getting my money back they telling me that once they received the part back they will refund you your money back to your account in 3 to 5 business days after they received the part back on the 20th of October and the lady told me my money would be back in on my account and 3 to 5 business days I called 2 times every time I get a different story one guy tells me it'll be back in my account within 24 hours and I called today which is the 27th of October and this guy claims to be the manager tell me it'll be 72 hours two me Prime Choice Auto parts takes an individual money and send them the wrong part and knowing it's the wrong part they need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau and everywhere else because it's just a bunch of crap also the excuse was their employees wasn't aware of what was going on how can you run a business and not knowing exactly how your business operate and how come they haven't been trained in the proper way

Quick shipping and good quality parts!
Quick shipping and good quality parts! I saved $80 all together after purchasing two parts compared to the price at my local Autozone. I also can say there is quick and easy returns since I accidentally ordered the wrong side and needed to return it for the right side. Customer service is very helpful and I will shop here again!
