Love their product, but customer service is absolutely awful. There is no phone number or email address for a real person, only canned AI responses, I ordered over a month ago and have yet to get a shipping notice or my order. When I try to contact them via the email they have on their website, I receive a response from the Claire bot with the exact same response each time. There is also no way to cancel the order.

I was an early adopter of this company, and loved their products. I spent what to me was a lot if money on an electric toothbrush, and was thrilled with the toothpowder and boar bristle brush heads. But a recent purchase of the toothpowder delivered a scanty, ineffective product. And the toothbrush heads no longer have boar bristles. My teeth no longer feel clean, using their products. This is another example of a company that was started by ethical people, but something went wrong, along the way. I’m going to buy a manual toothbrush at the co-op and write off the nearly $100 of useless products from this company. Buyer beware.

I ordered one of their tooth powders today and never received a confirmation email. This is a first time order. I did receive though an email which said I would get 15% off my first order after I placed the order so I could not apply the discount because I didn't know about it. They were fast to take my money but I got three emails AI generated one of which was about the discount for my first order. This is just plain bad marketing and I will never order from them again.

I have a subscription to their tooth powder because I love the product. I have had the WORST customer experience ever. They took my money 2 weeks ago for subscription and I have called twice to find out when they will ship. On 8/28/26 & 9/1/26 I called. NO ONE SPEAKS GOOD ENGLISH! I spoke with 2 Reps on two different dates and could hardly understand them! I was told both times that the product would be shipped and it still hasn't. What is wrong with this company. Why should I have a subscstiption to a product that doesn't ship and with a company that doesn't speak English. When product finally arrives I will cancel my subscription

The products are great, but I will find another brand to use just like theirs. The lack of customer service is maddening. Received the wrong products on a subscription order and tried contacting them, what a joke!! The phone number on the website is disconnected and they claim they will reply by email WITHIN 3 DAYS!! The chat is an AI bot that kept telling me to LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT, when I already WAS LOGGED IN! They need to spend more on a better chat robot or actually provide live help. As of not I have a subscription that I cannot seem to cancel. Should ahev read the reviews here BEFORE I gave them my cc info.

They just started spamming me with nonstop emails, not sure how they even got my email but seems shady, I'd avoid this company

Fantastic products but absolutely horrible customer service - not honoring buy one get one free, check out is highly confusing. It seems to be confusing on purpose. They overcharged me for shipping when the screen before said shipping was free. When I contacted then, they said we don’t have free shipping unless you spend $99 or more. All I wanted was $6.50 reimbursed to me for shipping charged to me. If they had done that, I would’ve tried to redeem my view of this company. I hope to find a much better competitor.Do not use them. I also believe they overcharged me on my credit card, but there’s no use in fighting it. They’ll probably fight for what to a really good company would be such a simple thing to refund. You’re not satisfied? OK here’s your five dollars or $10 or $20 but not primal life. .Quite disappointing because I used to have such a high regard for their products and their company.
