I was an early adopter of this company, and loved their products. I spent what to me was a lot if money on an electric toothbrush, and was thrilled with the toothpowder and boar bristle brush heads. But a recent purchase of the toothpowder delivered a scanty, ineffective product. And the toothbrush heads no longer have boar bristles. My teeth no longer feel clean, using their products. This is another example of a company that was started by ethical people, but something went wrong, along the way. I’m going to buy a manual toothbrush at the co-op and write off the nearly $100 of useless products from this company. Buyer beware.

I ordered one of their tooth powders today and never received a confirmation email. This is a first time order. I did receive though an email which said I would get 15% off my first order after I placed the order so I could not apply the discount because I didn't know about it. They were fast to take my money but I got three emails AI generated one of which was about the discount for my first order. This is just plain bad marketing and I will never order from them again.

My first order took ages, and it eventually became obvious that it wasn’t moving at all on their tracking. They use APC Logistics for UK deliveries, a courier known for slow dispatch times and almost non existent customer service. After multiple attempts to get answers, only receiving generic AI‑generated email reassurances telling me to “wait” because it's Christmas/ busy etc.I contacted them directly through their website. I still wasn’t given any explanation, or apology, and they simply re dispatched the same order. Yes, Christmas fell in the middle, but 47 days to receive an order is extremely disappointing. The products themselves are good, and I had almost no issues a year ago, but the company has clearly changed for the worse. I’ll be looking for UK alternatives.

I placed two orders with Primal Life Organics. The 1st order, they only fulfilled one part of it and failed to ship the other item that I ordered. I had to follow up with them and ask to ship the 2nd item. The 2nd order (November 2025), they did not ship my order at all. 10 days elapsed and I had to contact their customer service who failed to inform me that the tongue scraper was out of stock and only shipped the toothpaste. When I followed up about the tongue scraper, they then informed me it's out of stock. Was it out of stock when I placed my order weeks ago or is it out of stock now because they failed to properly fulfill my order? I will never do business with this company again after these terrible experiences. They also spam my inbox with A LOT of promotions. I like their gum drops, tooth powder and toothpaste, but I don't appreciate the constant back and forth and hassle to receive every item of my order.
