You have to use them for 30 days before requesting a refund. They initiate the second shipment after 30 days from the first order. Not when you receive it. So you get charged for a second order, before you use up the 30 days to be able to request a refund, which you cannot do until after you've used it for 30 days. This is a b******* policy.
