This company committed fraud. They take info from your computer without consent. I suspect their rep Sheila A is AI and they take to long to respond. They don’t listen and continue to charge. I have not received anything. Beware of this company, unethical, poor customer service service and a scam

I would give a negative review but 1 star is as low as it gets. Customer service is horrible. Wait times for orders that they say are in stock is horrible. Shipping time is horrible. They have a auto refill service that is snuck in so you don’t know your auto refilling something that you haven’t even had the opportunity to try yet. No phone number to contact the company that’s a big flag. I should’ve caught to start with. In general, this company is a absolute disaster to try to work with. I ordered the first week of May have not received my first order yet and just got a email saying thank you for my re-order. When I try to contact them, I just get “bot” responses that keep me going in circles. Their refund policy says that you have to receive it and return it before you can get a refund even though you can’t get the original product. Beware..

DO NOT ORDER WITHOUT READING ALL THE FINE PRINT!!!! Crappy return policy. No onus on the company whatsoever. It takes 10 to 14 days to receive the order. You have to use them for 30 days before requesting a refund. They initiate the second shipment after 30 days from the first order. Not when you receive it. So you get charged for a second order, before you use up the 30 days to be able to request a refund, which you cannot do until after you've used it for 30 days. This is a b******* policy.

They come across as an Australian company, sadly Chinese. I thought that I would give them a try and to my surprise I found out that I wasn't buying it one time it hooked me up to a monthly subscription purchase. I tried to end the purchases via email with no luck and it took my bank to get involved to stop it. Don't trust this Chinese product. They did nothing for me.

After 1 month, i have seen zero benefits. Have tried 2-3 gummies a day but have not seen any assistance. You are better off having a glass of water.

Total rip off , i only placed one order but they kept charging each month for a new batch, they promised if I buy 4, I get one free but the credit card charge was more than for the value for 4, iv now cancelled my credit card and reported them .
