One of the front desk treated me so bad and the way she talked is unapproachable, Its not bec. she is pregnant she will act like that. They should teach every worker to be hospitality.

What you describe is contrary to our mission to provide excellent customer care. This is unacceptable and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. I apologize for any abuse you suffered from our employee. We do work extensively with our staff training for customer service, so this is a huge disappointment. Rest assured, we are looking into this.
