I tried the 'free trial' in order to complete an assignment for a course I was taking. Personally, I did not like the program, it was a little busy for me and I find moving slide to slide to make me a bit dizzy. But that has nothing to do with this review. After completing the assignment I deleted my account as to not be charged the $84.00. One would assume when you cancel you would not be charged... I was still charged. When completing their refund request form there are options as to why you are making the request. The first option is 'I cancelled my account, but was still charged.' To me, this is a telling sign that many people are facing this problem. The catch to the refund is completing it before the 14 days after they charge you. For people like me, who do not check their emails and bank statement religiously this is a huge problem. So if you are only intending to use this program as a trial- don't or be aware of charges before the 14 day return policy.

Watch out- they bill automatically and this bill is an annual bill. As I am sure is quite common, I forgot when my free trial ended, so I have wound up paying for a year of presentation software that I don't need. If this was a month I could be ok with this but a year subscription?!...any company that bills in this way I find frankly sneaky and it puts me off using them!

If you have purchased Prezi Next you will need to have a dictionary on your desk since it does not even have spell check as part of the software. This is just thing that Prezi Next is lacking. If you want just a KISS presentation tool that looks like an upgraded PowerPoint, this may work, but if you have a complicated or very creative presentation, you will find yourself very frustrated. I have been with Prezi customer for over 6 years and was very excited for the Prezi upgrade. This "upgrade" does not even allow me to migrate the older presentations (Classic) to the Prezi Next tool. There are a few good things about Next (why I did not give it a 0 Star rating), but if you have ever had access to Classic, you just may go back to PowerPoint after trying to get Next to do what Classic does. It is very sad because Prezi Classic WAS the next step in presentation software but Next set Prezi back to being merely an upgraded version of PowerPoint. There have been many suggestions from customers to help Next to function better, but Prezi has been very slow to respond to these suggestions and companies must have a tool that works. It has been over 6 months and not one suggestion that wa are aware of has been implemented. Everything is either "under discussion" or "planned" but with no timeline as to when it will happen. We are now looking for another platform to replace Prezi Next. What a great disappointment that a company with so much potential ended up taking itself out of competition due to lack of foresight, ingenuity, higher prices for less support and being "sorry for the inconvenience" of Prezi Next not doing what Prezi Classic users have purchased and have expected from such a company.

Be extremely wary of their dubious T&C. They've just blocked our account for which we pay $25 per month as currently we have more than one person helping out with a very large medical presentation. Apparently this breaches their terms and conditions. They are now insisting we upgrade to a business account at $85 per month to allow multiple users - seeing that this is a tool for the business community this is a complete joke and clearly a money generating exercise.

This is an amazing company with amazing technology. I have been using Prezi for 4 years now and the people I present to are constantly impressed! Great to work with, reasonable prices and great software!

Prezi is awesome I adore it! So helpful and playful! I adore they're new app Nutshell! You should check it if you haven't!
