At Prezi, we're here to help you get your best presentation in a matter of minutes, whether your presentation is tomorrow or in a few days. Bring the deck you already have in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or PDF, or describe what you're covering, and Prezi builds a fully designed presentation from it. Prezi draws on a dataset of over 500 million presentations and input from a professional design team, so what comes back is visually polished and suited to your topic, no design background needed. But Prezi doesn't stop at a finished deck. The moment your presentation is ready, you can put it in front of an audience and add live polls, quizzes, and Q&A, all joined from any device with a single QR code, no app or login required. Everyone in the room takes part, not just the front row, and remote attendees count as present too. After the session, the same presentation keeps working: as a narrated video, a podcast, flashcards, or a self-test, so anyone who couldn't attend live still gets the material. Results by question show what landed and what needs another pass. With over 170 million users across 195 countries, Prezi is a G2 Leader in Audience Response, AI Presentation Tools, and Presentation Software.

Terrible value for money. You would expect it to do things automatically like other FREE apps/sites. I will use google slides instead, much better than this crap.

Can I give less than one star please? The program is NOT user-friendly - very difficult to navigate the program and create a presentation that flows smoothly. The trial period is too short - it takes 14 days to work out how to use the program - finally, figure out it is too hard and they have taken a year's subscription.

They introduced their product as different from typical PowerPoint, in sense presentations are non-linear. Firstly they degraded their Classic Prezi by taking out option to add animated images. The Prezi Classic was always very buggy. Later they introduced Prezi Next which is almost as same thing as PowerPoint, just with different animations. They've never added aligning tool. Prezi Next is painful to work with and if you are a new customer you don't get access to Prezi Classic. My last complain is that I've applied for webinar, with my contact, I was unable to attend, and later I got a call from their phone in Europe. The guy behind just called, asked my name and then hung up. It was odd and bizarre.

Poor service: I spent countless hours making many different Prezi's for my classroom notes. Four of them went missing. I certainly didn't delete my own work. They claim I must have as they don't delete work. Because it's over 30 days, nothing can be done. The school I work at won't allow their website through so I can't use it anyway now. They won't even allow help through a phone call. You have to pay more money for that package. I just paid the annual $59 and they won't refund it now because it's been more than 14 days.

Poor customer services. They don't know what Customer Success is about. I recently signed up for a trial and after using it decided to go ahead with Monthly plan. However, the chat support told me that Premium is only available on Yearly billing which is almost $800. Doesn't make any sense in a highly competitive market. Just didn't like the TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT tone of the chat support. Cancelling my subscription now. and moving to SlideDog of Vyond

Prezi used to be a great alternative to PowerPoint. You had complete freedom to create a presentation on an infinitely zooming canvas and were largely unconstrained in what you could come up with. Then they released a competely re-written version called Prezi Next, grandfathering the old version to Prezi Classic. If you start using Prezi now you will use Prezi Next. Prezi Next is a huge step backwards if you want creative freedom. Basic functionality (like grouping objects so they can be moved/zoomed together) has been removed, and the whole experience is more templated/constrained. Prezi Classic felt like being given a canvas and easel, Prezi Next feels like colour-by-numbers. Prezi Classic 5/5/. Prezi Next 3/5. I've gone back to PowerPoint.

Just started using Prezi for a school project and I am already disappointed. The slideshow I was working on will not load so I went to the help page to try to contact the company to get some help. I am not allowed to contact them unless I upgrade to the next level. If you want to communicate with them through online chat you need to have a plus membership and if need to talk to a person on the phone you must upgrade to a premium license or above. This is horrendous service and they should help all their users regardless of level of membership. I recommend staying away from this company and finding an alternative provider.
