An excellent presentation app!

Hi, I use Prezi every now and then without subscription and I am very happy with the tool like this. Prezi allows me to create clear and effective presentations that my colleagues enjoy. A slide, an idea with links and references; it's clear, not really interactive unless I share the links with my co-workers, but simple, useful and valuable. Presentations are not boring, the design is advantageous and purposeful at my level. It's all what I ask to a toll for my projects.

I have been charged the full amount for my annual subscription after the trial. I wanted to cancel because I don't like the tool, but I can't do it. Customer service keeps saying that I need to carefully read the terms and conditions. It seems that if you set up a trial and want to cancel, you can't do it. Money will be charged and no one cares that you are not satisfied with the product.

Apparently Prezi has decided that they don't care about their customer's experience. I tried started the trial, tried to cancel, but of course they didn't make it easy. Then suddenly, an annual charge hit my credit card and they pointed at the terms and conditions. Apparently they can't exercise judgement. $1400 gone! This is terrible. Beware!
