PreziReviews of prezi.com

Absolutely insane to charge $250+ a year for an inflated version of Google Sheets. Complete rip off and a waste of money. Use a program like Canva, PowerPoint, gamma, and more. Lousy excuse for a company.

I was wrongfully charged and they refused to acknowledge or refund. Hopeless website. Do even bother to look at- you will pay for something that you will not even end up using! I did not sign up for anything and yet was still charged. I contacted my bank within 24 hours so hopefully this will be made right. But unlawful and disgusting behaviour from the team at Prezi.

Be careful! They used a cancelled card details to take a subscription, despite the subscription not being wanted and cancelled. When informed they refused to refund the money despite the law in UK saying that they must if cancellation was within 14 days of payment, they were informed within 24 hours!! Have informed my bank and will be pursuing this issue through courts if necessary. Given my legitimate request and their use of a card that no longer exists I am very disappointed with their response and approach. They have stated that under no circumstances will they refund my money, I have highlighted the law of the land and await their speedy response, im not holding my breath, and will sue for damages if they persist in flouting the law. Irrespective of how they handle this from this point, it is a disgrace that I am even having to consider going to these lengths. Decent product, shame that despite this they feel it necessary to cheat people out of their money. As with all companies that behave in this manner, it will catch up with them eventually, I hope this helps ro facilitate that.

A complete scam, not worth the money that my 17 YEAR OLD self couldn’t afford, no refunds available upon cancellation no matter what. Shameful considering its a million dollar company.
