Attenzione non fidatevi !!! Da 4 anni ho disdetto l'abbonamento e continuano a rubarmi soldi.

Der Kündigungsprozess ist extrem undurchsichtig gestaltet. Ich war sicher, gekündigt zu haben, steckte aber weiter im Abo fest. Trotz nachweislich 0% Nutzung verweigert der Support die Rückerstattung und versucht stattdessen, mir ein anderes Abo anzudrehen. Nicht zufriedenstellend.

I am really really upset right now, in tears crying! I signed up for a free trial after which prezi were supposed to email me and remind me to cancel it. I was charged £276 for a one year subscription. I have mentioned to them I am a single carer for a child and cannot afford this amount of money to just leave my account - yet they will not refund me. If anything, the team member Elif was rude and unsympathetic on the other side. This is people's livelihoods you are messing with. I cannot believe this is happening right now.

WARNINGS! They will just bill you after the trial period without ANY Emails, or anything! They send you no bills, no billing agreements, not ANY Information about your subscription at all, they just bill you.

Non conoscevo questa piattaforma, vivo in Italia, mi sono ritrovata 2 tentativi di addebito sul mio conto corrente da 1 USD da prezi.com. Ho già provveduto ad andare più a fondo riguardo questa questione

Mai sentito parlare di questa piattaforma, di conseguenza mai avuto un account a mio nome. Mi vedo la richiesta di addebito su una mia carta disattivata, per mia protezione, carta mai e dico mai utilizzata per nessuna transazione ne fisica ne online. Risalgo al tentativo di pagamento tramite la notifica del mio homebanking che riporta charge.prize.com visitando da web, mi reindirizza in modo automatico a support.prize.com com dove il primo titolino è proprio """Motivi comuni per gli addebiti non riconosciuti""" ... vedo che c'è la sezione supporto. Provo a chiedere il supporto via chat o Supporto tecnico telefonico... ma serve la login, allora mi creo un account con un indirizzo mail temporaneo, e ovviamente il supporto è riservato solo a chi sottoscrive un piano in abbonamento con loro, oppure di attivare la prova gratuita ovviamente utilizzando la carta di credito... scandaloso.

Je suis révoltée. En tant qu'étudiante, j'ai un budget très serré et j'ai économisé pour payer cette licence en pensant gagner du temps dans mes révisions. Résultat : c'est un véritable scandale. L'application est totalement inutilisable. Elle bugue sans arrêt, affiche des messages d'erreur critiques et génère du contenu qui n'a aucun sens. J'ai payé pour un outil de travail et je me retrouve avec un service fantôme. Le pire dans tout ça : 1. Prélèvements malhonnêtes : Ils m'ont prélevé plus que le prix prévu, ce qui m'impacte énormément financièrement. C’est du vol pur et simple sur le dos des étudiants précaires. 2. Refus de remboursement : Le support (Zsanett et ses réponses automatiques) est une insulte. Ils voient les preuves des bugs, savent que leur site ne marche pas, mais refusent de me rendre mon argent. C’est inhumain de profiter de la détresse des gens de cette manière. Vous n'achetez pas un service, vous financez une arnaque. Ne leur donnez pas un centime, surtout si vous avez besoin de votre argent pour vivre. Une honte absolue.

Las imágenes son generalmente muy adecuadas a los temas, sin embargo a veces tengo que editarlas porque no son lo impactantes o bonitas que necesito que sean. No obstante, los diseños para las presentaciones son espectaculares, generalmente no los cambio pues me gustan mucho y a los participantes de mis cursos les han encantado. Además el contenido teórico que construye la IA ha sido de gran valor, auque siempre lo ajusto y complemento, tiene una muy buena estructura.
