By completing your first online purchase with us you elected to enroll into recurring deliveries of our health-monitoring litter and food programs which will renew and ship automatically. Transparency is super important to us, which is why we include a reminder at checkout ahead of completing your first purchase, and in emails when redeeming a promotional entry offer. Subscription can be paused, modified, or canceled at any time by logging into your customer portal, or by contacting our support team at least two (2) business days prior to your next order renewal date. It looks like our service team was able to confirm your eligibility for select promotional offers that were either email or customer portal exclusive. To redeem these offers would require validation through one of those channels. We apologize for any delay in your most recent delivery from us as well. Hi Greg. Thank you for your feedback. Once an order has been acknowledged by our fulfillment centers, they immediately begin preparing your PrettyLitter order to perfection. We can’t guarantee an order can be canceled from our end - but we’ll make every attempt! Based on your support history with us we can confirm a cancel request was submitted by the rockstar rep who assisted you. Unfortunately, your order had already been queued to ship. Let us know once your package has arrived and we will gladly take any unwanted litter off your hands for a refund. At this time, your subscription is canceled which means you are no longer scheduled to receive recurring deliveries moving forward. Thank you for giving PrettyLitter a try!
