However, they do contribute less landfill pollution than traditional clumping litters which can help to reduce carbon footprint. Regarding any login issues you may have experienced, we apologize. This typically happens if a password was not set up while completing your first online checkout with us. It is possible for a new customer to place their first PrettyLitter subscription order without setting a password. This is very similar to a "guest" checkout experience and intended to keep things simple and convenient. PrettyLitter shouldn't track any more than traditional litters, but sometimes our lightweight formula can get caught on your cats' fur, depending on their coat texture. Also, the super fine crystals can break down over time and use into smaller and smaller pieces. We have some tracking tips that have helped cat parents with similar experiences. We also have a popular Honeycomb Litter Mat that pairs purr-fectly with our health monitoring litter. It’s soft on paws and stops litter tracking that could be a good solution for your household. Hi Evelyn. We appreciate your feedback and are concerned by the dust issues you are experiencing. PrettyLitter is designed to produce low dust on the initial pour of a fresh bag of litter. Our fine crystals feel purr-fect on your kitty’s paws, but they do break down over time and use into smaller and smaller pieces that may produce a fine “dust-like” powder if they are overused or stirred. Dust could be an indicator that the litter has reached the end of its monthly wear and tear, which is a bit unusual considering the short span of use.
