3 cats Galore…
My cats have been using this product for over a 2years now.and I and my wife . Hardly can smell the pee .

Call the 800 number to get to a human ... once you get one, it is smooth sailing.
In order to get through to a human I had to use the 800 number posted. The online chat left me hanging. ... However, once I got a human on the line, the issue I was having was resolved quickly and in a friendly manner. ... I have tried so many other cat litters and this is by far the best. It isn't the cheapest but it the best for me and my household of six cats.

Scoopable sticks to the box.
I wish there was an in between Pretty litter. I tried the scoopable it took care of the smell better than the regular Pretty litter but it gets hard and sticks to the bottom of the box.

Great Litter and items for cats
I love prettylitter then most other clay litters or even the pellets! Litter doesn't stink as bad and doesn't cling to my cats hair (he has longer hair). Not to mention the lil food samples my cat loves and has very healthy ingredients for our fluffy friends! I have yet to have my buddy have any health concerns as he is young But I always want to keep him healthy!

At first I was angry because I kept getting product on top of product with nowhere to put it to the point I had to have it in my car to store it. But the associate made it very easy to work with pretty litter.

The litter takes a while to get used to…
The litter takes a while to get used to with a senior cat so keep that in mind I wasted a whole bag for no reason (it’s most likely because my cat is picky for everything) but overall, customer service is always what makes this company great & the product itself is high quality , I had to cancel my subscription because It’s not in my budget at the moment. But in the near future I will try again. 🩷💚
