Don't trust this product
Don't trust this product to diagnose problems based on color, as claimed! I have proof. Ended up with a vet bill that wasn't necessary. Wish I could end my subscription! BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING!

Hi Sue. We appreciate your feedback. We’d love to learn more about your litter's performance regarding any color change you experienced. Send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help. Sometimes if PrettyLitter is at the end of it’s monthly lifecycle or has become super saturated from too much urine pooling at the bottom of the litterbox, it may turn the saturated litter blue. In these instances, it’s usually a sign that it’s time to swap in a fresh supply. Please note that while PrettyLitter will help you to monitor your cat’s health in detecting abnormalities in their urine, it is not a tool for diagnosing medical conditions. Regular wellness visits with a licensed and trusted veterinarian are always the best methods of good cat care and parenting.
