Your subscription can be paused, modified, or canceled at any time by logging into your customer portal, or by contacting our support team at least two (2) business days prior to your next order renewal date. Our quarterly delivery program is also a great option for our cat moms and dads who prefer fewer scheduled deliveries. We feel paw-ful for any confusion around our bag size and pricing. :( Our non-clumping PrettyLitter ships in a 6lb bag from our online website, while some of our retail partners – like Target, Walmart, and PetSmart – offer an 8lb bag alternative. The price of our 6lb subscription bag includes delivery, while our 8lb bag in-store does not. We’re constantly looking for ways to improve the online experience for our cat moms and dads, and we’ll take this opportunity to increase transparency and better demonstrate the value of our shop-direct delivery programs.
