I used the pretty litter for a year and was very happy with it. About two months ago it started turning blue within a week after I changed the litter. So I changed it again. It was yellow for about a week and then turned blue. It smelled terrible. I kept changing the litter when it turned blue, and it was yellow for about a week. Then blue. It was too expensive to continue using it and changing it every week. I stopped my subscription to the product and am using another litter that my cats like.

Litter is awesome. Shipping? Not so much. Twice now I ran out of litter because they didn’t timely ship it. It’s been pending shipment for like a week now. Just buy the similar stuff from pet smart to avoid the shipping hassle. That’s what I’m about to do.

There is some false advertisment to this product Pretty Litter. The oder of used Pretty Litter starts about 5 days into using it. I have a one kitten 4 months old and I am always mixing the litter and keeping it clean but the smell is there and continues to get stronger as time goes on. I have to change it every 20 days. There is quite a bit of dust as well. For the medical end I don't know if this works because my kitten is very healthy she's been to the vet now twice for her shots and exams. The good thing about it is I can place the used litter back into its original bag and throw it away once a month and I can throw the poop in the toilet and flush it. Pretty litter company keep on trying almost there but not quite. I will continue to use it only because I can't stand the other litter products out there.

It’s a good product, but my cat doesn’t like it. In the beginning it was great, you just stir the litter around to mix the pee & your good. I would stir every other day, scoop the poop & it’s great. It says you only have to change the litter once a month. I beg to differ. Even though there’s no odor, watching the litter getting yellower & yellower is kind of gross, because in reality, it’s just a huge pile of odorless pee. 2 weeks later I just had to dump it all out & change it. That’s 1 bag gone already. And the pee does clump if you leave it for more than a day without stirring, because my cat likes to dig a hole & pee in it, so therefore it clumps. If you take it from a cats point of view, it would be pretty gross to see your litter all yellow after 2 weeks, so she pee’d in my bed, because I didn’t stir it up. At least with regular litter, once you scoop everything out, the litter is cleaner, because there’s minimal pee left in there after scooping the pee. So I will say, it’s great in the beginning when the litter is fresh. Does anyone else have this problem?

The litter is good: light, fine particles, no smell. But the customer service is terrible! I made a subscription, and there were problems with almost every order I made: the litter was lost, next time the delivery took 3 weeks, now they have withdrawn money more than a week ago, and the order has not even been sent yet. Communication with representatives is terrible. Even the quality of the litter is not worth it to tolerate a bad and disrespectful attitude towards their customers.

My cat tried to use the litter a few times, but when she stepped on it, the litter would make a lot of noise. The more she moved the louder it would get, so she got scared and won’t use it. I couldn’t even ask for a refund since the litter was used (had some urine on it). I waisted almost $40.00. The litter also is very dusty.

I received my pretty litter on Monday and it hasn't been a full week and the smell it's already awful , funny fact: this product it's sponsored to last around 3-4 weeks. it's looks pretty , awesome presentation but unfortunately it doesn't really work.
