I’ve been using pretty litterI about 2yrs or more with my three kitties, 2 are kittens who will soon be adults, but they’re still very kitten like lol, MY KITTIES LOVE PRETTY LITTER AND SO DOES MOMMYand it has been very easy (i’d never go back to conventional litter), making the adjustment from my old clumping litter to Pretty letter. In fact, it was the easiest thing in the world! I love how the crystals absorb the urine, allowing me to know if my kitties are doing well or if there is an issue that I need to address with my Vetrenarian, it is also rather clean litter and I really love that! It lasts literally an entire month in my litter box even with the three of my babies, the only thing you have to do is scoop out the poop, the litter absorbs the urine and your apartment/home will never smell like cat pee again LMAO it’s a fabulous litter and I wish I had known about it sooner or perhaps I wish it had been invented sooner LMAO; I would absolutely and do suggest this to all my friends/anybody that will listen about this litter and how fabulous it is, many times they end up, trying it and sometimes they don’t and so I end up having to hear them complain about how much cleaning up they have to do after their kitties and I keep telling them please try Pretty litter once you try it you’ll never go back to your old litter because Pretty litter is absolutely the bestest in the entire world! in addition to Pretty letter being an amazing product, they have some of the best Customer Service I’ve encountered and I encounter a lot of Customer Service for a lot of different reasons! In addition, they’re always having wonderful promotionals that benefit our cats/kittens as well as their happiness and that means a lot to me I literally spent $50 on my cat who I Rescue/adopted from the High kill Shelter here in Brooklyn New York three years ago and they just can’t get enough of the pretty litter toys. This liter is better than any other I've tried. It helps with cat health. It controls odor. It doesn't clump. I am looking forward to getting the mat.

I have been using PerttyLitter for years now. It is much better at controlling odor and is dust free. I have started mixing the clumping with the original because I like the way it makes cleaning the box easier. I haven’t had to watch the litter too closely but, one of my friends caught a bladder issue with her cat and it probably saved the cat’s life.

Pretty litter always notifies me in advance of my autoship. My litter always arrives on time. Dealing with customer service is a pleasure, they are always friendly and helpful and the wait time is never long.

Pretty Litter is esay to do business with. Whenever you need to update payment information or change your subscription, they make it easy to modify. If you have issues, their chat box and/or help desk representatives, are always quick to fix any issues. Plus, the Pretty Litter itself is great!! On rare occasion, it alerted me to possible urinary infections for my cat, Kitty.

The product speaks for itself! Incredible! I tell every cat owner I know about it. No more smelly litter. I even had the self cleaning expensive littler box and know I use the pretty litter box, because its pretty and there is no more smell, no more smelly pee. Best change ever in litter!

I’m in the transition phase of moving from a clay litter to Pretty Litter. It is far cleaner than any of the litters I’ve tried, and that ranges buckets to bags. The cats don’t track like they did with the others. They seem to like it better, too. My only reservation is the price. It’s great product, though.

Customer service is amazing, kitty litter is the best! It takes a huge load off my mind to know my baby is healthy (and I'll know quickly if he isn't). Shipping is fast. Price is great for what you get, AND the savings thru subscription are substantial!
