My cat didn't like the litter at all, she started going outside the little box until we changed it out. I canceled my renewal subscription online and it didn't cancel so I had to call and cancel it and now will have to deal with returning the litter that was sent. No previous e-mail stating the order was coming up or anything, just a shipment notice.

I do love the odour control of this…
I do love the odour control of this litter my house no longer smells like a cat box however it doesn’t mask the poops the cost is pretty high the bag says 2 months worth of product but I’m going through a bag every couple of weeks and there is some dust associated with it and I’m not sure about the silica they use but I do know that silica is a very toxic chemical that causes lung cancer over long periods of exposure so I would like a more detailed explanation of how this silica differs from other forms of silica or is silica just silica.

Helpful for Health Checks, But That Smell
I’ve used this several times to monitor my cat’s health, and while the color-changing feature is great for that purpose, it definitely lacks odor control. The litter smells strongly of urine—almost as bad as the cheapest options from the dollar store. Because of that, I’ll continue using it only occasionally as a health check, not as my regular litter.

We started bad with the experience 😴
I didn’t try the product yet, but I’m gonna give 3 starts because the delivery takes soooo long, I ordered February 12 and today is February 19 and customer services says is on his way … the track number doesn’t work so is not information at all, I had to buy another brand because pretty litter takes so long and my cat really need it … finally I send a email today and they answered is gonna arrive Friday February 21, so 7 days of delay when in the pages says maximum 5 days, I’m gonna post another review after use it but I don’t think I’m gonna continue with the suscription because I can pay for other good brands too and I can get it at the same day.

I liked the diagnostic quality but the foster cat’s UTI made him go less more often thereby stirring the grains up and making a dusty mess. A tall litter pan and a large mat would’ve helped.

A lot of dust and tracking
La arena genera mucho polvo (una nube enorme) después de unos días de uso y deja rastros por toda la casa. En mi caso, mis gatos reciben una alimentación de calidad, beben suficiente agua (mezclo sus croquetas de alta calidad con una variedad “urinary” para incentivar la hidratación) y siempre tienen ambas opciones disponibles —comida húmeda y croquetas—, además de juego y cariño. De este modo, nunca he sentido la necesidad de que el arenero muestre el color de su orina para vigilar su salud, pues se han mantenido sanos, y observo su comportamiento constantemente para detectar cualquier cambio.
No obstante, aunque la arena pueda servir para monitorear el color de la orina, es importante considerar que al ser absorbente y no aglutinante, el polvo que genera y los rastros que deja quedan contaminados con orina y se esparcen por toda la casa. Esto podría afectar tanto la salud de los gatos como la nuestra. Como consejo, conviene pensar en estos factores antes de elegirla; lo mismo deberían considerar quienes la producen. En lugar de resultar útil por mostrar el color de la orina, estos inconvenientes pueden causar más problemas. Tal vez, si fuera fuertemente aglutinante, al limpiar la orina y las heces la arena restante permanecería más limpia, aunque el polvo seguiría representando un riesgo.
Aguanta bien, no huele casi nada —aunque al retirar las heces se percibe un olor peculiar—, y en general tiene buena duración, controla el olor y no lastima las patas.
La utilicé durante tres meses, pero finalmente decidí cancelar la suscripción.

Thank you for your reply. As I mentioned, this happens after a few days - one week, and I put two full bags in the litter box. I’ve read other comments on different platforms, and they all say the same. I don’t need further assistance, as I won’t be ordering it again. You may consider this information and check your formula, so that you don’t falsely promote it as 99% free of dust, as, unfortunately, it is not true.

I've been using pretty litter for about…
I've been using pretty litter for about 2 years. The last 6 months after 3 weeks I get so much dust from it. Really makes the area dusty, and it doesn't last till my next order ( monthly ) Don't know what's going on, but I've been using it the same way. Only 1 cat, I'm going too try their clumping litter now, and see if it helps.They were nice about it, and giving me a discount for 3 months. If it doesn't work I'll be cancelling pretty litter, and try another product

Pretty litter sure cuts down on odor but it is too light and fluffy and so our cats dig it out on the floor where it is difficult to get up.
