Love this company. Love the litter!
Amazing company with which to do business. The best, most attentive, quick responsive company I've had the pleasure to deal with in many, many years. I feel they went out of their way to accommodate my wishes. The extremely quick responses were unheard of and extremely unusual. I love this company. I love the litter. My cats immediately started using the litter, abandoning the clay litter. No more tracking. No more litter dust. A winner!

CAT LITTER IS THE BEST PRODUCT
I really love Pretty Litter. It lasts about 5 weeks, has no smell at all, and is not messy to clean. I only have to scoop daily and fully clean the litter box once a month or longer. I am very satisfied with this product and would recommend it.

Absolutely top shelf product and…
Absolutely top shelf product and customer support to match making a nice tight ecosystem for my two furry Buds. Subscription service is excellent and over the years had only one issue that was resolved immediately.

Happy cat and staff
We've been using Pretty Litter for our cat Tippy since she was a kitten. The color changing crystals help us watch for health issues. The clumping type makes cleaning her litter box easy, it also stops any odors. The staff at Pretty Litter are courteous and prompt to answer any questions or concerns.

PrettyLitter just SAVED my cat and my wallet
PrettyLitter just saved us from having a major health emergency and $4k vet bill! Our male cat was exhibiting some odd behavior, so I decided to have him use the litter, right away, I could see it was dark blue and likely a UTI, then we also saw blood! We were able to get him to the vet for treatment before he developed a urinary blockage (which can be life threatening!) thank you PrettyLitter 🙏🏼
Response from PrettyLitterJul 8, 2026
Thank you so much for sharing your story, Alysha! We’re so glad PrettyLitter helped you spot that color change early and get your kitty to the vet right away. Acting quickly makes such a difference, and you gave him exactly the care him needed. We’re sending your cat lots of love as he recovers — and we’re grateful PrettyLitter could give you that peace of mind. ❤️🐾
