Hi Olga. We're so sorry to hear your PrettyLitter did not perform as expected. That's not the litter box experience we want for your kitties or home. The odor and saturation issues you mention so early into your litter lifecycle are very unusual. We'd love to gather some information for our product innovation team to review (if you're interested in sharing).
