I’ve been using Pretty Litter for almost 6 months now. It’s nice that the smell isn’t in the house like clay litter. The litter box is easy to clean. Just scoop the poop daily and stir the urine. There isn’t any trail of litter around the house either. Highly recommended this litter for anyone looking to try something different!

It's rare you find a company that has great products and great service. My email was answered quickly and my request was handled fast and efficient.

EDIT: A Pretty Litter rep(not sure of her tittle/position) has been working with me and I must say I am impressed with the exceptional handling of my issue. I never received the original shipment(FedEx possibly delivered it somewhere else), but she worked with me until I had the litter I had ordered. Thank you May Ann, for changing my mind about Pretty Litter's customer service! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I absolutely LOVE the product. I haven't had an issue with litterbox odor since I started using it about a year ago. It does require daily work scooping the solids and mixing the remaining litter, but it is literally a 1 minute job if you keep everything near the litter box. The transition took a single day and they never went back to the clay litter box I kept available to them for 2 additional weeks. I initially did the trial to wait for the month before replacing the litter and it still worked very well in a bigger box that stayed outside when I had a catio. I am picky, so now I use half the bag each time in a smaller litterbox and clean it every other week. I feel l need to clean them more frequently to keep it sanitary for my kitties and my new home, now that I keep the boxes indoors. That is just my preference, because it truly stays fresh and can wait for the month to be cleaned if you have a bigger litterbox that fits the whole bag. Where I have a BIG problem with is their shipping. Twice out of 2 times that I have ordered from them directly, I had problems with receiving the shipment. I thought I'd give them the chance this time and I am seriously considering cancelling the subscription again. I get 8 pound bags of pretty litter at the local store for the same price vs the 6 pound bags they ship that don't get to my door, I have to hunt down, place disputes with the carrier on my own for(Pretty litter service reps are very courteous and helpful but they won't deal with carrier issues for you) and carry upstairs myself, anyway. It's not worth it the hassle when I can get more from my local Walmart for the same price and they do bring it up to my doorstep if/when I request delivery.

I had a problem with some delivery or lack of and was preparing to receive my next shipment without having the first shipment so I was concerned and I called and I spoke with Ben that representative and he was not only kind but courteous and outright genuine! I know a lot of times they're paid to be kind that this gentleman just was kind and very helpful and he wanted to make everything better so that I felt better and at my age and at this time in a wheelchair, hopefully not for long! 😸 Made everything so much better and so much more easier. I didn't have to drive I didn't have to do anything he took a care of everything returns sending new ones out and taking care of making sure that I wasn't overcharged. In fact the litter pretty litter is for the cat that I have and it's to make sure she's okay and I can keep track of her health but the representative was not only concerned about my shipments but also at what was going on with me and my health which was wonderful. Thank you I couldn't ask for a better team and I couldn't ask for hopefully a great litter that will keep track of my cats health,!!
