Product overall is great and the health check is probably the most important feature above any dust or tracking of product concerns. Customer Service is very prompt and take in the positive and any negative experience you may be having. With multiple cats that don't mind using each other's litter boxes health tracking is difficult and the cost with more than 2 or 3 cats becomes hard to absorb and to be totally honest, the manufacturer could drop the price a fair bit due to it being sourced in China. That's about Profit, but it is a multi national multi product line corporation. For any product, no matter how good it needs to be affordable on a repeatable basis. 2 adult cats $60 or so a month. For every cat it's $30 per month every month minimum and with today's inflation it's just to much for me currently and probably into the future but it could be used as a checker now and then or added to a similar white silica gel litter of another brand, but none of these light weight products are what anyone would call cheap. So there you have it. Price point and China production reality regardless of the high quality standards. Other litters come to find out with research are made in the same certified Chinese plant. Look into who owns Pretty Litter and you'll understand the economics and the level of quality and consistency that comes despite the price. One to two cats, if you get a full month out of it, A1. More than that you need a "wholesale style" multi pet permanent discount.

I really love this litter ! It's all they say it is. Customer service is quick and knowledgeable to help me when i had a issue on multi-orders that i created. All worked out and i will keep using this great litter.

Pretty litter is fantastic. It's easy to use and really works. My two senior cats adapted to it right away. It was able to let me see when my cat's kidneys were in trouble. Steve my rep was always available and helpful with advice and information. Thank you Pretty Litter and Steve!!!

Our kitty’s very picky about her litter (but she’s also a senior with early stage kidney disease now), so we decided to try Pretty Litter. We poured it in 1 of her 2 boxes first, just to see if she’d use it without any convincing. She took to it like a fish to water. Suddenly, the box she rarely used was the one she wanted to use the most. Considering said box is in my husband’s basement office, he definitely appreciates how great at odour-blocking it is! It’s also incredibly lightweight, which is perfect for us, seeing as we have to carry it up/down stairs. On a final note, I recently had to deal with customer support and they were efficient and hassle-free.

I have been with Pretty Litter for about 4 yrs and I couldn’t have been more pleased with a product then I have been with Pretty Litter. The ease of having to only change once a month- the fact that it was odor free- easy to clean up the litter deposits- the fact that I didn’t have to run to the store for it because it was automatically delivered…. All of these factors made me a happy customer. If it wasn’t for the demise of our beloved fur baby I would still be with them… perhaps in the future when the time comes for a new fur baby… anyway- for now- let me just say that I highly recommended this product! Thank you Pretty Litter for a wonderful 4 yrs (or better - I lost track 😊).

Their representatives go above and beyond to help the customers and their product, both their litter and their dry food is absolutely fabulous. I would recommend it to so many people and I know that they have switched over to pretty litter and I was pleased as I am.
