In a chaotic parenting and busy work life it is difficult to take time to buy and handle litter. PrettyLitter has always had my back. Having the option of delivery is a privilege that I am thankful for, I wasn't expecting customer service to match it's stellar product and convenience as well. Having just recently moved I forgot to change our address information on my account and lost a round of litter delivered to my old address. But PrettyLitter stepped in and helped me change my address and also hooked me up with a replacement order for being a loyal and longtime customer. I always recommend PrettyLitter and now I will be even more inclined to express PrettyLitter's stellar service over all other kitty litter companies. For constructive feedback I have nothing but overwhelmingly positive things to say and no idea how there could be any room for improvement, what more could a customer expect. My cats are the happiest kitties around!

PrettyLitter is the perfect litter for all cats. I have been using this litter for about 2 years. It stays clean and fresh for a full month as long as it is scooped every few days. My cat took to it right away. There is no dust and does not track badly like other litter; above all, cat orders are a thing of the past. Guests have stated many times that they were not aware that there was even a cat in the house; the greatest compliment I could ever receive. I highly recommend this product. While it may seem expensive, overall it is not. PrettyLitter is prompt with shipping my subscription, quick to respond to any questions via email, and very easy to work with if you have an issue or any extenuating circumstances. I love this litter and the company!

I had a problem regarding my subscription. It was accidentally cancelled and I went to Live Chat. My problem got solved quickly.
