Pretty Litter as made everything easy from the start & continues every month. Website is so easy to view & understand, the orders are easy to change to your needs & arrive right when they are scheduled, & any problems are fixed in a timely manner. I didn't receive one of my bags of litter & I dealt through email with Todd, absolutely great experience. He fixed the problem in a friendly & timely manner & even made me feel like a valued customer instead of a problem. That's a great feeling in today's time!! I love the idea of having the litter delivered to our door because getting to the store is sometimes hard with everyday life. The product is amazing as well & our 3 cats love it as well!! I have been receiving this product in the mail for over 4 months & only had one issue so that's great too!!

PrettyLitter helps me keep track of what's gong on with my cat 🐈. It stays fresher longer and easier to clean his pan.

Thalia, my service representative went above & beyond, offering great customer service over chat, which can be tougher than a phone call. However, she understood my needs and helped with a more complex order. I have to say, I do love your litter product for my feline. I've tried every litter on the market found, and keep coming back to PL. I do think a bag is costly, so I enjoy the promos, but also believe top-shelf litter costs $$$. I do wish the cost would better align with others, but the overall perks of health monitoring are a valued bonus. I'm not sure my senior feline cares, but my home smells much better using PL!

I love this litter & so do my 3 kitties. I have OCD & I can’t have dirty stinking cat boxes in my house. Pretty litter makes it so you don’t know I have cats until you see them. I wish the cost was a little cheaper but - I guess you get what you pay for. Also I’m allergic to pet hair, dander & dust. This litter isn’t dusty like the others.

I didn’t know I could buy PrettyLitter @Walmart, thanks to Walmart I could pick up my Pretty anytime I need, I love PrettyLitter for my kitten.. Every time I change litter box, my kitten would play in it…lol

I was having trouble with my payment going through so I reached out to their customer service team and worked with Renz. He was fantastic. He processed the payment for me on a Monday and expedited my shipping and I received on Wednesday. I order every 3 weeks and it had been almost 4 and my boy Otto was mad at me. He was quick and very knowledgeable and even included a free toy. I’ve been a customer for a very long time and they showed me their appreciation to have me as a valued customer. I would recommend Pretty Litter not only for their superior products, but for their customer service as well.
