This is my second time of getting Pretty Litter. No urine smell at all. Soft on my cat's paws. As long as my account or delivery litter is correct I will be happy.

The fact that car understood my problem and was quick to correct it

I really like pretty litter. It’s light weight, produces way less waste and covers odor incredibly well…. At least for the first 15 days or so… it won’t stop me from using it because it is by far the best litter we have used so far but my biggest complaint is the 30 day standard. I only have one cat and by day 15 the entire box was yellow. Glad to know he’s healthy but by day 20 it wasn’t covering odor at all and there is not nearly enough left…. And my order wasn’t set to be processed for 7 more days (plus ship time). My recommendation, get it, use it, enjoy it… order early.

I love that Pretty Litter doesn’t leave a smell like regular cat litter does. I have two cats that use the same litter box so one bag only lasts one week. It does track a little bit but not bad.

My order of Pretty Please food arrived very quickly, which was great because I almost ran out. However, I believe that I had increased my Pretty Please autoship order to two bags per month before the last shipment; but only one bag arrived. I wanted to have the second bag as back-up.

The auto ship feature is right on time with the new litter arriving just whe its needed. I would say, one bag of litter doesn't seem to be enough for a two cat litter box.

I LOVE Pretty Litter. My cat does too. I cannot imagine changing back to the “old school” litter again. No odor, so scraping the pan. And no carrying heavy litter from the store or door! Just scoop and stir. It’s really that simple.

It’s okay for now , they just need to talk to the customer more often and set up an account where they can but money 💰 into it for buying more stuff
