Your third and final order (11196319) processed on 8/6 and delivered on Tue, 8/8 to the address we have on file for you. It looks like a request to cancel shipment and services was submitted on Wednesday, 8/9 after your package had already arrived. Our records indicate both of your emails, as well are your live chat session, were acknowledged promptly by our support team. We confirmed that your subscription has been cancelled to ensure recurring deliveries will no longer process moving forward. We’ve also offered a complimentary return shipping label to assist with taking any unwanted litter off your hands at no extra charge. Hi Deb. We’re happy to hear our health-monitoring litter left a paws-itive impression for you (we’re sorry we could not win over your hubby!). But we’re bummed to hear our services and policy did not meet your expectations. Please note that once a new order has processed in our system, we are unable to guarantee cancellation – but we’ll give it our best try! The good news is any unwanted litter is eligible for return within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Subscriptions, on the other hand, can be cancelled at anytime from within your customer dashboard or by contacting support before the next order is scheduled to process. We apologize for any unforeseen circumstances that prevented us from receiving any earlier requests that may have been placed. We understand if this influences your decision to shop elsewhere. As a courtesy, we’ve waived any return shipping required on your most recent PrettyLitter order which arrived yesterday. We appreciate you sharing your experience with us. And we're sad to learn your first impression of PrettyLitter was not the cat's meow! Saturation may occur when the litter is at the end of its life cycle. If your cat urinates more frequently, or two or more kitties frequent the same box, urine can pool at the bottom of the pan more quickly creating a slushy consistency in the litter that appears blue in color. It’s usually an indication that it’s time to change your litter or increase your litter quantity. We'd like to learn more about your usage and experience to better assist you. PrettyLitter is made from clean, effective minerals that help control odor and reduce dust while also being household friendly and pet-safe. There are actually two types of silica: crystalline and amorphous gel. Crystalline silica is toxic to cats and can produce harmful dust when inhaled, while amorphous silica – which is what’s used in silica gel cat litter – is non-toxic when ingested or inhaled. While PrettyLitter requires that your litter box maintain a minimum depth of at least 2 inches, there could be other factors. We'd like to collect some information on the bag you purchased for quality monitoring purposes.
