PrettyLitter is a game changer…
PrettyLitter has been a game changer for my small apartment. I have no longer had any odor issues at all. The only space I have for my litter box is a small closet. I now have hardly any tracking and it’s so easy to scoop for cleanup. The customer service I received from their representative Elle was top notch! I thought I had accidentally double ordered. Elle replied to my email within a couple of hours after I sent it. After a few emails, Elle was so patient. She helped me figure out where I went wrong. PrettyLitter is also sending me the mat I thought I was getting with my order instead of the toy and cat scratcher. Quality product, my cat LOVES it, and the customer service I received was outstanding! Thanks again to Elle and your team. I will recommend PrettyLitter to all my cat loving friends.
