The book was beautiful but..
The book was beautiful. However, sadly there was a few pages stuck together due a few dabs of errant glue that caused damage to some pages.

Great looking photo book with fast turnaround
Once we got a handle on using the design tool, the book creation was good and the final product (9x12 lay flat hardcover photo book) came out great! The design tool and its editor had a good deal of customization, but some pictures were difficult to fit into the existing templates and the AI fit template did ok but once it rendered its design, there was little flexibility to adjust anything with its creation. This was our first photo book created with Presto Photo and there was a learning curve for us, but the photo book turned out really nice. I plan on using Presto Photo again for future photo books. They also turned around the book production extremely fast and we received our book only 3 days after placing the order. Thank you Presto Photo.

The books were a hit for my young…
The books were a hit for my young clients. Only negative was the borders on the cover page were not even.

The program to make cards could be more user friendly
I would give 5 stars but the program to make cards is a bit quirky. I don't feel it is 100% user friendly. I was able to figure out how to upload images and place them but placing text on the backside of the card fights with me a little. I have Windows 10 so that shouldn't be a problem. Now if one of my sisters tried to make a card, I know they would get frustrated. But then again they get frustrated with Shutterfly. Shutterfly is very easy to use in my opinion and if your program improved to resemble Shutterfly, I would give 5 stars. However, I don't want to see the price increase due to improvements to the program. Thank you though. The cards always turn out beautifully.

Good experience and product, just need to add a field for delivery via the post office
Great company, lovely product. I'd give them 5 stars but I had trouble selecting the Post Office as my preferred delivery method. Rural destinations aren't served by FedEx or other couriers, at all, period. Has to be the post office.

I love Presto
I love Presto. I just completed my 10th book with them. The only reason they don't get a 5 star review is that I have always had trouble with making a new gallery of photos. I go through the procedure and I end up getting an old gallery. I end up just adding photos to it, and move on. My wife uses another company and pays twice the price for the same quality. Oh well! Turn around time is always good.
