If a file is saved in a different color space than sRGB, there may be some differences between the file you are viewing digitally and the file once sent to the printer. Hi Meera, We would love to help you get your book printed! It appears you were trying to get a shipping quote from a book from in our public bookstore, but added that book to your cart, then completed checkout through multiple verification pages showing the Chicago book in your cart. Because you ordered this by mistake, the simplest path forward was to refund that order and start over with a clean order with your custom book. It was expensive for us to produce and ship the book, and neither of us wishes to incur this cost again.
