I received my 7x5 photo book in great time, but it was so poorly made that I couldn't use it. 1. The cover color was incorrect, it looks almost black instead of oxblood 2. Creases/wear/tear on the cover by the spine 3. The book isn't even straight, the front and back covers are misaligned significantly enough to notice 4. The inside of the back cover isn't glued properly, completely misaligned, and there's a large bubble

Poor quality. One book came fine, but the other wasn’t cut right and every single page had writing on the bottom from their printer. They would only give a refund if I sent it back. The problem was it a heart felt gift from students for a teacher going on maternity leave. I didn’t want her to not have it so I just gave her the janky copy. I told this to Presto Photo but they didn’t care. Poor quality control. Someone should have seen that before they sent it off to me, and even if they didn’t they still should have given me a discount or a refund.

NICE. YOU BUILT A WEBSITE WHERE I WANT SOMEONE TO PUBLISH MY BOOKS, BUT YOU TURN IT AROUND AND TELL ME HOW TO DO EVERYTHING, SO YOUR PRINTERS CAN JUST SIT THERE AND RAKE IN MONEY DOING ONLY JOBS THAT FALL IN LINE WITH THEIR NARROW PARAMETERS LIKE THE TYPE OF PAPER I NEED TO USE AND THE SIZE OF MY BOOKS.
