Love the products
I absolutely love the gold, gem and pearl pack. They blend well and dry beautifully. Tracking link didn't work but package showed up without much waiting. Would buy from them again.

Great watercolours
I was worried that my purchase would not make it to France. I was wrong it arrived and I absolutely love the set of paints I bought. They are the metallic colours. They work really well and look great.

Wish I had read this before I ordered…
Wish I had read this before I ordered from them. I ordered mid April and it’s mid July and I haven’t had any responses from customer service. Tracking number shows it landed in Canada in May but that’s it. Don’t buy from them. Follow up: so now through this review they are asking for info but I already finally received an email saying they would get back to me as soon as they have an update, 5 days ago. July 21 2020 update: received my package yesterday. It’s what it claims to be. Not sure it’s worth the hassle, no customer service or delay.

I like the product but poor…
I like the product but poor communication. I had to message many time to actually get the product, it was very slow to arrive ( before Covid so that wasn’t why)

travel water colour set
Their little travel water colour set is great. Easy to use and so handy. Some of the colours are not exactly like the colour swatches but you can easily work around it. They have different palette choices. My order was mailed to me within days.
