PrestigifyReviews of prestigify.com

The metallic was not deep enough. No shine after dry. Not bright or vivid enough. I used the metallic watercolor.

i ordered months ago and the quality was not that good for the price, now i realize these are just aliexpress rebranded products

I ordered a few things in 2018. I assume that I’ve received an email about reviewing now because the last product has arrived? I did file a complaint with support about the lateness and a faulty tracking number, and they said that they would follow up on it, but after that I didn’t get any more emails and the issue was never resolved. I had to check my emails to remember what Prestigify was. I did receive some of the products I ordered, late, but one of them never arrived.

I like the product but poor communication. I had to message many time to actually get the product, it was very slow to arrive ( before Covid so that wasn’t why)

July2.2020 Update: It's not a scam. Things finally arrived, but at this point in time I dunno that I would use the service again. They get an extra star for delivery I suppose. June 15.2020 Update: They reach out to me after seeing this review. Provided a new updated tracking number for the item that was previously showing as not sent, that is after reaching to their provider so they could sent the item (that is the viviva sheets). The other item is still where its been allegedly since may first (yes 05/01) without any sign of it moving closer to its destination (so it's currently chilling somewhere in my country without being processed at all, the only item that has ever done this to me). Consider that this last item started the shipping process on march 25 according to the stamp provided by the shipping company. I previously neglected to say that the order was confirmed on march 22. If I could rate less I would. They are prompt at filling your email with spam and charging you. But not to reply any sort of inquiry as to the whereabouts of the product. They even sent me a fake tracking number. Dont waste your time and money it isnt worth it.

Slow delivery, and to be honest I am not satisfied with the quality of the paint and the brush:(

I wonder why Prestigify was not yet on Trustpilot. Maybe I am the only unhappy customer in the world, or maybe I am more versed on the digital world. Here we go. I have ordered a set of watercolor paints on the 21st of August and I am still waiting. Very polite customer services, but until now, I have not received the post tracking code for the product in The Netherlands. They told me to call a number that no longer exists. They were informed that “my package was waiting for me to pick it up”, but the Dutch post office no longer answer phones and only accept inquiries if I have the Dutch tracking number, which has never been supplied. I only have the Chinese number, unknown at this part of the world. I don’t agree that me, the customer, needs to chase an order without any reference number. I still need to wait 120 more days before I can file a complain with PayPal against them. Hopefully I will receive an answer and will gladly update this post. S.P. Update: 23 Nov 2019 - I received the product after I informed Prestigify that I was reviewing the site on-line.
