When I used the website to compare a few different watch models, I appreciated how easy it was to navigate. I am the type who reads every detail before buying and the information available helped a lot. Delivery took a little longer than I expected but the watch itself was excellent quality. Overall a really good experience and I would consider buying again.

Thanks for the feedback, Wills. Due to Chinese New Year holidays, factories and logistics were closed in February, that's why delivery took a bit longer than usual because logistics were closed. Things are back to normal now. Typically delivery time to USA, UK, and most other countries is 5-7 days via Fedex.

Responsive service but, significant product misrepresentation
While the team was professional and easy to communicate with throughout the transaction, the product itself was a different story. I was specifically seeking a "Clean Factory" build, but the watch I received was mislabeled. Upon closer inspection, it became clear that the piece did not meet the factory specifications promised and was essentially a lower-tier substitute passed off as a premium build.
I was fortunately able to secure a full refund, but I want to offer a word of caution to the community: Do not take the listing at face value. If you purchase from this source, I highly recommend taking the timepiece to a professional watchmaker to have the case back opened and the movement verified immediately.
Otherwise, you risk paying a premium price for something that lacks the internal quality and craftsmanship you’re actually paying for. I appreciate the responsive customer service, but the lack of product integrity is a major red flag.

Anyone reading this review please ask for screenshots of our chat with this customer. We never encourage any of our clients to sell our watches as authentic. He took it to the dealer and they found out it's a fake. He filed a chargeback and we refunded him in full. He hasn't returned the watch yet.
We have told this client that we sell super clones from factories such as Clean, VSF, QF, etc, and we sent him the Clean Factory version of GMT. We sent QC pictures before shipping and everything. Also told him the movement inside. As soon as he received the watch, he filed a chargeback claiming we didn't send him the correct movement. Even though we showed pics of everything before shipping and specified the movement. We decided to refund him and asked him to ship the watch.
Now 2 weeks have passed since the refund and he still hasn't shipped the watch back yet. He has his money back and he also has the watch. When we asked him to ship the watch back, he hurled abuses at us and threatened to leave a negative review (we have proof). We politely asked him again and then he left this inaccurate and false review.
He hasn't shipped the watch back yet. We can show screenshots of his messages asking us to send him a new watch with DD3285 movement (free of cost) so that he will remove the review. So basically this client wants to have 2 watches from us, free of cost, otherwise he will abuse us on WhatsApp and leave a negative review. This is NONSENSE!
Anyone reading this review, you can ask for our chat screenshot. Also, if there's anything wrong with the watch or you don't like it for whatever reason, we will issue a full refund (just like this client received a full refund) but we will not give away free watches just to avoid false TrustPilot reviews.
Also, we don't encourage our clients to resell our watches as authentic. This customer took it to the dealer, ofcourse they will know it's a fake. What were you thinking? You can't sell this as authentic.
Many of our clients are collectors who have purchased more than 50 watches for their personal use and they own authentic Rolexes and Pateks, etc. They have been very satisfied with the quality for years. Our watches are listed at very competitive market prices and they are 1:1 super clones as advertised. If you want to buy a $200 copy, then we are not the best match.
