Buyer in the USA. I ordered initially one Rolex Air King followed by an updated Blue Submariner model. Both arrived in a timely manner. The quality of the communication is amazing. They sent me photos, video and QC of the beats per minute of the Swiss 3230 movement in the two watches. I wiling definitely think about looking for more as their selection grows.

Received my first watch today and now in process of ordering my next. Good communication throughout the process. Clear tracked delivery to the uk. Watch came with all packaging and paperwork. Watch itself looks and feels perfect compared to my genuine timepiece. Be wary of other sellers on TikTok etc that sell cheaper/lighter versions which aren’t true superclones. Prestige Watches have the higher quality 1:1 versions and put the pieces through their own QC process before despatching. I will definitely be buying more through Prestige Watches.

As a watch lover this place is just amazing! So far I’ve bought: Rolex Daytona Gold Weighted, Rolex Daytona 6265, Patek Nautilus and Vacheron Considin 1921! Straight off it can be a bit nerve wracking spending 1,000 dollars online via a company you don’t know and you have no idea what could come and if it will come at all! I hope this review helps because I’ve taken the risk for you 4 times now and you have. Nothing to fear the watches are awesome and just what you hope they would be! FIRSTLY the process is the best part other than the product! You pick one speak to the helpful agent via WhatsApp, pay via a link! True to word within say just under a week you get the pictures of your actual watch and the day after you get the tracking number with FedEx! So on average from order to in my hand takes 7 days which I awesome! China to Scotland! Service wise it’s great because no doubt we all ask the same questions and they really know what they’re doing! The watches are mind blowing especially the gold Rolex Daytona! People daily ask me about my watches and earlier today when I was in a shop queue a guy say 30 years old just couldn’t stop looking at my Patek! He couldn’t believe his eyes! OH and they can get you any watch so don’t think the stock is limited to what’s on the website! This year can pretty much get you anything! I could go into the slight differences between my watches and the real thing but they don’t justify the £39,000 price difference and on the Vacheron for example! The old Dayton replica is just awesome! I’m going to stick to the best copied versions next and look for a steel latest version Daytona and a Pepsi! I have 2 original Rolex’s so I’d like to think I know my stuff! Get reading on the factories because it’s important! The forums are helpful but there’s too much info and detail! I’m am so so so delighted with the watches I sometimes I can’t believe it! I’m a lawyer based in Edinburgh so trust me “I’m a lawyer”! Enjoy!

Buyer beware. They offered a Rolex Pepsi super clone that looked really bad and then refused to refund when i declined acceptance. I had to dispute the charge through AMEX and they were quick to reverse the charge. Paypal on the flip side was very slow in their review but did eventually fixed the issue. The rebuttal from PrestigeWatches.co fails to mention they refused to refund my money. They talk a good game but fail to deliver on what they promise to the consumer.

The concern arose during our pre-shipment QC process, after we provided detailed photos and videos of the watch for review. The customer felt that the bezel color did not meet his expectations. We provided additional QC photos and videos so he could examine the watch under different views before making a decision. He remained dissatisfied and chose not to approve the watch for shipment, which we respected. The customer then requested a refund. We provided clear instructions on how to apply for a refund, and the order was ultimately refunded in full. We did not ship the watch after the customer declined it. We understand that photographs, lighting, screen settings and individual expectations can affect how colors and finishing appear, particularly with a model such as the GMT Pepsi. This is exactly why we provide QC photos/videos before shipment—so customers have an opportunity to review the actual watch allocated to their order before it leaves us. We also want to clarify that we did not deny the customer’s refund. We have records of the QC conversation and refund process and are happy to provide them to Trustpilot if verification is required. We appreciate the customer’s feedback even though this particular watch did not meet his expectations. For prospective customers: Our pre-shipment QC process is designed to give every customer confidence in their order. We provide detailed photos and videos of the actual watch before shipment, allowing customers to review the watch and raise any questions before it leaves us. UPDATED Oct 8, 2026: We have proof from our conversation that as soon as the customer asked for a refund, we sent him clear instructions on how to apply for a refund, and then we refunded him in full. No questions asked. Anyone wants to confirm which side of the story is true, please ask us for screenshots of our conversation with the client. Unlike other vendors, we offer secure payment methods (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc) and the whole purpose behind this is to give buyers peace of mind that they are fully protected when buying from us. If for any reason they are not satisfied with their purchase we offer full refund or a replacement.
