Irvin was/is the epitome of Customer Service!!!
Irvin was very patient, helpful, understanding and really made the switch from my previous web host to this site very easy. He was knowledgeable and took the time to figure out what was needed. His explanations were detailed and easy to follow, and when there was something that I didn't understand, he explained to in a way that made it easy to understand.

Great support and great tools.
Great support and great tools. I would recommend however that you consolidate dashboards. As an Agency partner I have 3: Pressable, Jetpack and my Agency board. These should be one dashboard where I can get to anything I need.

AMAZING Host
Amazing host!! Customer service is phenomenal! They responded right away when I was having a problem. Walked me thru each step and then followed up the next day to make sure everything was still okay. You really could not ask for a better hosting company. So glad I decided to use Pressable.
