Reliable and outstanding technical support
We switched to Pressable recently. I am very impressed by their technical support. Live agents are easy to reach via chat 24-7, and they are very knowledgeable. Thanks to Pressable, I don't have to wait for my web designer to fix issues. I also like their reports and their integration with WordPress, which makes it easy to manage and access our websites from one page.

Easy switch, solid experience so far
I switched to Pressable from another WordPress provider that no longer offered blog hosting. The migration and setup activities, even the DNS transfer instructions, were easy and largely hands-off. The hosting so far seems rock solid. Looking forward to a great long term experience with Pressable.

While I was completely dissatisfied with the woo commerce/WP “copycat” customer service/developer company, every single Pressable employee was excellent, even though they knew my intent was to cancel, they were professional, helpful and respectful. Huge!!!

Easy to Onboard
It was easy to onboard from a different WordPress provider. We got good support when onboarding, and Pressable provided good answers to our numerous onboarding questions. You do have to use chat to get support, and there is typically a delay of some number of minutes before there is a chat response. Once you get a response, there is good follow up and follow through. We liked the fact that Pressable leverages WordPress expertise from WordPress since they are part of the WordPress family. JetPack is provided for free. After a month we decided to purchase the yearly plan.
