Prescription Hope, working their magic for me!
I am so glad I was told of this advocacy group, Prescription Hope! I had tried a couple of avenues myself and got nowhere, so was a little nervous to reach out, but so glad I did! They've been unbelievable! Everyone I've talked to from Day 1 has been genuinely nice, helpful and caring. They've kept me updated on what they needed from me and where they are in the process. Aside from providing the required initial documentation, I haven't had to do much. Even when I had to contact the Dr's office, they were already on it!! They took over everything & didn't stop till they had all the information they needed. And they tell me every time... it's to help me! I am just so impressed with: 1. how they're staying on top of it, working so quickly to get it done. No back burners here! and 2. How sincerely kind and compassionate they are! I haven't gotten approval from the medication manufacturer yet, but after talking to my advocate and with Prescription Hope going to bat for me, I'm feeling pretty good about it. (Prayers & fingers crossed!)
