After three months of dealing with these people and $150 later, I never received any medication. They just kept telling me the application is being processed. I'm sorry but it doesn't take three months to process an application. I was told I could request a refund by faxing or mailing a letter to them which I did three weeks ago. When I called today to check on the status of the refund, I was told they do not offer refunds. I called the manufacturer of the prescription drug directly and spoke with their patient assistance program and was approved within a week. Johnson and Johnson told me it is not necessary to go through a third party, especially Prescription Hope. PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND STRING YOU ALONG.

This is a scam company. Do not fool with them. They will charge you immediately and you get no medication. I called within a few days of ordering and cancelled. They promised to refund my money within 10 days. Ten days was up today and no refund. I called them again and was told they are working on it now. I have already stoped any future payments to them and if money is not back in my account by Monday, bank will file a dispute. I will have to cancel my card and get another, and will file with the attorney general. I have cancer and was trying to obtain needed medication at a decent price. What a shame this company is trying to scam innocent people. If I should get my money back at the least it has been a lot of trouble. Stay away from them

Complete scam. Douglas Pierce the CEO belongs behind bars and I hope to help send him there. 200 dollars and 5 months wasted, and they will not close my account no matter how many times I've asked. They tell me my account is closed and they continue to charge me. I have received nothing, this is a criminal enterprise. I had to cancel my debit card. Now I read online they will try to send me to collections and screw up my credit score. How do I get out of this mess by these criminals? Someone please help.

This company is preying upon the elderly and the those desperate to be able to afford their medications. Company claims to provide medications for $50 per prescription by working with the manufacturer and will not charge unless the prescription is approved. Lie! I did the online enrollment for my father and was charged $50 the next day! Their paperwork hadn't even been mailed out yet so there is no way he could have even been approved! We didn't end up needed their services as we worked something out with the insurance and did not fill out the paperwork. I called them to request a refund of the $50 they were not even supposed to take and was informed I had to write a letter explaining why I wanted a refund! I immediately called my credit card company and explained the situation and fortunately my ccc blocked any further charges from Prescription Hope, refunded me the $50 and filed a claim for me. Read the reviews and claims on the BBB website! Had I done that I would not have fallen for their deceit!

Scam. They ask you for your credit card information and say the charge will be $50 per month before they even check to see if they can obtain the medication for you! I gave them my info, then stopped before entering credit card information. There are numerous reports that this this "business" is just a scam.

They promise to get your prescription filled for $50/month. $250 later and no prescription yet. You call and they say oh, a few more questions. Then, supplier has a delay, Then, you should get it in three weeks. The three weeks thing goes on for month. BBB has them at an F rating. The worst you can get. They are scammers.
